Article 15 - Return Policy:

1. Without prejudice to the provisions of the agreement and statutory guarantee, the consumer has the right to rescind the contract and return the product presented to him from the store within the three days following the date of receiving the product, and he is not entitled to that product after the three days have passed.

2. To retrieve the product, it is required that the product be in a sound condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained its benefit, and the store has the right to inspect the product before retrieval to ensure its safety.

3. The consumer is not entitled to return the product in the following cases:

If a defect appears in the product due to poor possession of the consumer.

4. In the event that the provisions of the said return policy are met; The consumer has the right to terminate the contract and return the product to the store with a refund of the amount paid.

Article 16 - Applicable Law or Regulation:

This use agreement is governed and formulated according to the laws, regulations and legislation in force and in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force at the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Article 17 - General Provisions:
